Kupu Kupu Barong Villas & Tree Spa brings these ancient practices for their in house guests as a balance of a stressful lifestyle by attaining an overall sense of calm for emotional and physical health. Join us in the spa garden every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am until 9am for a complimentary session of gentle yoga and meditation that will replenish your energy levels.
Our morning retreat program will be done as following aspects:
  • Introduction
  • Breathing and Smiling Meditation: a series of exercises that will lead you towards a calm and happy state of mind.
  • Freedom from Stress: we will teach you techniques to free yourself from anger, sadness and anxiety. These exercises will eliminate all of the accumulated negativity in your body to help you feel contentment.
  • Jagadhita Yoga: these series of exercises will release strained muscles form the effects of sleeping. It will help you prepare physically and emotionally to face the activities of a new day.
